In the treatment room

Drug-free, hands-off, a few minutes.

A treatment we run alongside manual care. It fits inside a normal appointment, and most people feel nothing more than mild warmth.

What it is

Low-level laser therapy applies light to tissue at the surface. It is entirely non-invasive — no needles, no pressure, and no downtime afterwards. The applicator is held over the area for a few minutes while you sit or lie comfortably.

Where it fits

We use it for stubborn soft-tissue and joint complaints that are slow to settle, as an adjunct to hands-on treatment — never instead of it. If a particular area keeps lagging behind the rest of your recovery, this is one of the tools we'll reach for.

What to expect

Most people feel mild warmth at most, and many feel nothing at all. It takes only a few minutes, so it slots into a normal appointment rather than needing one of its own. There's nothing you need to do differently afterwards.

Who delivers it

Laser therapy is delivered by Jake, Principal Therapist, as part of a plan built around your presentation and goals.
